Making of Bean Sprout Kernel Pillows has been a traditional way for babies since our great-grand parents' time. All our pillows are hand-made and sun-dried bean sprout kernels. We make all our bean sprout kernel pillows with 100% cotton fabric. Bean Sprout Pillow are filled with 100% bean sprout kernels/husks (shells) and our pillow are made in a varies sizes for newborn babies/infant. This method of making pillow has been over a century, as far as our great grand parents can remember. All our pillow are hand-made and bean sprout kernels/husks are sun dry.

Recycling and Environmentally friendly:

Making use of natural resources, which are the kernels or husks (shells) from the bean sprout we bought for our cooking. With proper handling and sorting, they are recycled for better usage. This is also environmentally friendly as the kernels or husks would be in the dumping ground if they were not used for these wonderful creations.

Why Use Bean Sprout Pillow???

Newborn babies/infant are very easily to be shocked or frightened by sudden movement or noise caused in their surrounding. When they are shocked or frightened, they will feel a lack of security and will keep crying, easily agitated, difficult to handle and maybe ending up with a sleepless night. Therefore, this pillow is laid on their chests to give the babies a sense of security, as they will feel that they are being cuddled in their mummy’s arm or even in the womb. This pillow also acts as cushioning from loud noises and movements. Pillows made from the kernels are cooling and safe for babies to use. The pillows are porous and lightweight and are safe for your precious little ones.

Tips on maintaining Bean Sprout Pillow

Just leave the pillow under the sun for few hours at least once a week. This will help to make the kernels crisp and free from odours caused by babies milk and urine.

Please do not wash the pillow as it will damage the bean sprout kernels/husks...
